08/2010 - First mystery shopping wave for power supply companies terminated
After a promising response of our omnibus for power supply companies in May 2010, meanwhile the first wave is terminated. Nationwide, 11 power supply companies participated. The range of results is surprisingly high. The complete study results can be expected for middle of August.

07/2010 - FIA Foundation releases two IMK studies
Within the scope of the eSafety Challenge project, financed by the European Commission and lead by the FIA Foundation, IMK carried out two surveys: Company car user survey and fleet manager survey. The fieldwork was done in the 2nd quarter this year. Overall, 2,006 company car users and 1,179 fleet managers were interviewed in 10 European countries: Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, and UK. The study results were presented to the public and media 13th July at eSafety Challenge 2010, Millbrook UK. The studies and further information about the project can be found here.

06/2010 - Results "Private Banking" study
Within the scope of the pilot study „Private Banking“, five different banks in five German cities were tested. None of the tested bank institutes can recently stand out with their service and consulting quality, which means that the choice of the private banking customer is not influenced by the expected quality in service and consulting, for the moment.
